** Observed one ceiling tile missing in the dry storage room. Replace this before next routine inspection. ** Observed mouse droppings in the back corner of the kitchen near the drain next to the walk in cooler. Also observed tapping devices along the walls in the facility. Discussed this with the PIC and she states they continuously work with Orkin. Please continue to work with Licensed PCO to eliminate the rodents. Excellent job with date labeling ** |
